Pinnacle Property Management, LLC was founded in 2005. The hard work, responsiveness, attention to detail and dedication to both clients and tenants has grown the company from managing ten (10) properties in 2005 to almost 200 properties today! Our success is mostly attributed to “word of mouth” and referrals from satisfied clients and tenants! Pinnacle is proud to be North Central West Virginia’s property management company specializing in affordable, quality housing for families and professionals.

Katrina Bonfili
Katrina Bonfili has been a resident of Morgantown for over 20 years and has dedicated most of that time to her career in Real Estate. Katrina has been the top producing agent for many years with Real Estate by Vickie Jenkins. Katrina has served locally on the Morgantown Board of Realtors, volunteering to serve as the Chair and Vice Chair of the Education Committee and Core Standards/Strategic Planning Committee. She has also served as Vice President for MLS Committee and in the community on the Morgantown Housing Authority Commission. In 2018 Katrina was recognized by the Morgantown Board of Realtors with the Rising Star award and in 2020 received Morgantown Realtor of the Year Award. With previous years of Property Management experience with Woda Real Estate and Management Katrina expanded her Real Estate ventures and purchased Pinnacle Property Management LLC in 2021 managing almost 200 single family and multi-unit properties in the Monongalia, Marion, Taylor and Preston County areas. Katrina attributes her success to her accessibility and communication with owners and tenants. Vickie Jenkins
Vickie Jenkins, recognized as a Platinum Plus Agent by the Morgantown Board of Realtors, is best known throughout Monongalia and Preston County for her work with sellers and buyers and ultimately for her consistency in customer service and expansive knowledge of real estate. Having established her name in real estate, Vickie remains a superior contender in the industry and maintains top-producing status. Opening up her own office in 2007 in Kingwood and expanding to the Morgantown market in 2008 she wanted to give you that personal touch and make the purchase of your new home or the sale of your home a pleasant transaction. Vickie currently works not only to represent buyers and sellers in the Morgantown area, but also with her husband, Jack, to develop land in the area’s newest subdivision, Diamond Ridge and Chapel Brooke.
